Final Assembly

Make two brackets from flat ABS to fit your solar PV panel. There must be enough clearance to allow the panel to pan a full 180 deg without hitting the shaft support pipe. Place the brackets onto the drive shaft and adjust them to fit your panel and also to place the panel at a proper height. Two nuts will hold each bracket in place. Mount the sensor array onto the drive shaft at the top holding it in place with two nuts also. The drive shaft should extend 8mm to 10mm above the top nut. Cement the top drive shaft bracket onto the top of the drive shaft support pipe adjusting so the drive shaft is perfectly vertical. Feed the wires from the pv panel and the sensor array down the inside of the shaft support pipe and feed the sensor array wires into the gear housing. Connect all the wires to the circuit board and feed the battery wires from the circuit board out thru the back of the rear gear housing panel. After all the wiring is in place insert the circuit board into the gear housing and cement a front panel onto the gear box.
