Motor Mount
The first step is to cut and flatten enough ABS pipe for the project, about 8 pieces of 1.5" pipe cut in 200mm sections should be plenty. Make the plastic as flat as possible (we will post a video showing how to flatten the plastic). Cut out a piece 130mm x 90mm which will be the motor mounting plate. Mark and drill the motor and worm gear holes into the motor mounting plate as shown in the diagram. Also drill the two holes for the motor mounting screws to match the motor you are using. The dimensions shown are for a DC motor removed from a scrap inkjet printer. You may have to adjust the hole size to fit your particular motor.
