DC Motor

Mount the motor to the motor mount plate as shown in the bottom right picture and secure and tighten the motor mounting screws (not shown in picture). Cut a shaft guide 25mm x 25mm and drill a hole in the center of it to match the diameter of the motor shaft 3mm or 1/8". Place the shaft guide onto the motor shaft as shown below left. The shaft guide should fit the motor shaft snugly but be easy to rotate.
